These terms cover using our website and the guides you buy. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Who we are
This website and its guides are published by the operator of this website. To contact us, reply to your receipt email.
Buying a guide
Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy sells the guide to you, takes the payment, handles sales tax and issues your receipt. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
Each guide is digital content that you can access immediately after paying. By completing your purchase you ask for that access to start straight away.
Your licence
When you buy a guide, you may use it for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning, on your own devices, up to the device limit shown for that guide. Please don't:
- share your unlock code with people outside your travelling party;
- copy, republish, resell or distribute the guide's content;
- use automated tools to copy the guide.
We may disable a code that is clearly being shared publicly.
About the information in our guides
Our guides are based on desk research. Each place shows a status and the date it was last checked, and unchecked details are left blank. Even so, opening hours, prices, timetables and accessibility arrangements change, sometimes without notice. Always confirm important details with the official source before you travel, and use your own judgement about what is safe and suitable for you and the people you travel with.
Accessibility and family notes describe what we found in published sources and traveller reports. They cannot replace checking directly with a venue about specific needs.
Updates
We may update guides to keep them accurate. Your code opens the latest version. We may occasionally retire a guide that can no longer be kept up to date, in which case we will tell buyers how they can still use it or offer a refund.
Refunds and problems
If something is wrong with your guide or it doesn't work for you, get in touch. We will try to fix it, and where appropriate we will refund you through Lemon Squeezy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Liability
We take care to make our guides accurate, but we are not responsible for losses caused by changes made by third parties, such as closures, timetable changes or price increases, or for decisions you make based on the guide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you bought a guide continue to apply to that purchase.
